Details: Fleets let users post disappearing photos and messages like Instagram and Facebook “stories” and Snapchat’s snaps. Responding to a Fleet was only possible via direct message. After introducing Fleets in November, Twitter is set to kill the disappearing stories idea on August 3.Twitter in a blog post explained Fleets was intended to promote new people to contribute, but that did not happen.
