The UK prime minister can never enter Russia as Putin accused Johnson of ‘Anti-Russian hysteria’

What happened: The Russian president Vladimir Putin has banned Boris Johnson from ever entering Russia, as his government claims,  “The UK prime minister and members of his Cabinet are on a list of people sanctioned by the Kremlin over hostile actions of the British government.”  Vladimir Putin has also banned several other dignitaries from entering Russia, including the deputy prime minister, home secretary, and others.  Details:   At the same time, the Russian foreign ministry’s statement read,  “In connection with unprecedented hostile actions of the British government, expressed, in particular, in the imposition of sanctions against a top official of the Russian federation..”  However, the statement further notifies that more officials from different countries may also be banned,  “In the near future, this list will be expanded to include British politicians and parliamentarians who contribute to whipping up anti-Russian hysteria.”  More: On the other hand, the UK ministry says that this is a senseless and counterproductive sanction . However, Boris Johnson ahs also denied being anti-Russian, but said, “I acknowledge that I was deeply hostile over the war in Ukraine. I don’t think there is a single person in Nato or the G7 who is against Russians.”
