What happened:
The Institute for Public Opinion Research (IPOR) conducted a survey which found that 35% of the 1,500 Pakistanis surveyed preferred China’s coronavirus vaccine. While 14% of those surveyed backed a Pakistani vaccine and 9% said the U.S vaccine would be better. A government approved vaccine got the green-stamp of 15% of the respondents, and 16% had no answer. The majority of those surveyed believed that the coronavirus is a real and dangerous diseases, however, alarmingly 25% said it doesn’t exist and deemed it a global conspiracy. Five in 10 said they would be willing to get vaccinated. But, most of the respondents cited various conspiracy theories about the corona vaccine behind the reason for not wanting to get the vaccine when it becomes available.
