What happened: Karachi’s journalist Fahim Mughal committed suicide due to being unemployed. Fahim Mughal posted on his Facebook earlier urging the media outlets for jobs. Reportedly, he was fired from Express news as he was forced to drive a rickshaw. After being fired from the English newspaper, the former media worker was forced to take a loan. Eventually, he started driving a rickshaw to meet the needs of his family. According to reports, Fahim’s mental health was getting affected due to the surge in inflation and increase in the prices of daily necessities.
