What Happened
A woman in Punjab’s Hafizabad hired a contracted killer to kill her best friend. The hired killers attacked the girl on the orders of her friend and inflicted serious injuries to her during the murder attempt. The injured woman is currently in critical condition.
What was the reason?
The girls from Jalalpur area vowed to live and die together as they decided not to marry ever. The victim broke the vow by deciding to marry, enraging her friend. The other girl did not accept the reality and decided to take the revenge over breach of the friendship pact.
What happened next
The accused then stole jewelry worth around Rs250,000 from her house and handed over it to an assassin to end the life of her best friend. She then fled as the police continue the search for her. A conversation between the accused and the hired contract killer has also surfaced after the incident. In the audio clip, the girl was instructing the killer about the time of the attack.
