Details: Dog culling has become a grave issue in bigger cities, such as Lahore and Karachi. Apparently, people think of it as the only solution to the growing dog population and dog bite cases. So far rabies and dog bites appear to be the only justification offered by the Government for initiating drives to shoot or poison dogs.
