Zardari says Nawaz Sharif’s Punjab domicile is better than his

What happened: Asif Ali Zardari, the former president told the media that he was being treated unfairly by the law due to his ethnicity and domicile. Zardari asserts that he is being forced to appear in court in-person even though his legal counsel pleaded that Zardari’s ill-health is serious concern.

“Mian Sahab’s domicile is better than mine” said Zardari

Details: Outside the Islamabad High Court (IHC), Zardari was questioned whether the law was same for both him and Nawaz Sharif. The question implied that certain ethno-linguistic groups are disadvantaged by the majority Punjab ethnic group in Pakistan. Zardari’s statement comparing his and Nawaz Sharif’s domicile testifies to the fact that he considers the law to be unfair towards him due to his ethnicity. Click here to see more from Propergaanda.
