Would sending a defamation notice to the kid’s family help the mall’s (already) tarnished image?

Details:   It has been brought to attention via a YouTube video that different social media pages were allegedly threatened with a defamation suit, as @dialoguepakistan released a video showing the defamation suit and said,  “The defamation case was directed towards us for running the interview of the child’s(victim) mother where she explained the incident in detail.”  Also: Social media users and different outlets have raised questions regarding the technicalities of the faulty thing being used at the mall and claimed that this is not the first time the mall came into the headlines.
