What happened: Another incident from India, where a husband divorced his wife for serving him Maggi whenever he was hungry. A local publication quoted, “imagine having Maggi thrice a day. This may sound like a dream to some, but for a couple in Karnataka’s Ballari this became a reason to file the divorce.” Details: Whereas, the judge looking at the divorce case is quoted as, “The husband said his wife did not know how to prepare any food other than Maggi noodles. He complained about his wife going to the provision store and buying only instant noodles.” However, later the husband filed for divorce. Reaction: The social media users condemned the incident as they wrote, “Should only women do the cooking, while the husband does nothing?” Another suggested, “Cooking mushkl kaam hy kya?
