To make matters worse: Lahore man gets e-ticker for his bike stolen 8 years ago

What happened:  In what has been called a shocking development, a Lahore Sabzazar resident received an e-challan at his home for his stolen bike years ago. The Sabzazar resident then approached the Chief Civilian Personnel Officer to file a complaint  “for bike’s recovery and urging police to take prompt action.”  Details:  It is pertinent to mention that the street crime rate, especially in Punjab, as Tribune’s report quotes,  “spiraled out of control.”  The victim of the e-challan was identified as Imran, and he found out that Lahore police officials were using his “long lost” bike. However, a publication quoted the development as,  “To make matters worse victim finds out that his bike was being used by police personnel at the time of the violation.”
