What happened: TikTok’s former content moderator sued the company and its parent company ByteDance for allegedly failing to provide her with a safer workspace. The content moderator suing Tiktok is Candie Frazier and has already proposed a class action lawsuit stating that TikTok workers were forced to watch graphic videos that allegedly included beheadings, suicides, cannibalism, and much more.
