Amna Khan the founder of Chef Monster worked in the corporate sector for three years until one day she had an epiphany that she wanted to be her own boss and run her own business. Since cooking has always been a therapeutic experience for her, she decided to start a food business. Leaving a comfortable job and starting a business from scratch seemed very intimidating to her in the beginning. To gain some experience Amna enrolled herself into a pro-kitchen program at SCAFA Lahore.
Her time at SCAFA helped her get that extra finesse in her techniques and gave her the confidence to run her own kitchen. Amna says that she inherited her love for cooking from her nani and dadi who were exceptional cooks and had the ability to replicate anything they tasted. Their tips and tricks helped Amna in her cooking journey and inspired her to make her passion even bigger and bolder by starting a food business.
