The dessert is originally from Spain but many cuisines have adopted it since it gained popularity, which explains the many different versions of it available in the market. Vanilla (@vanilla.lahore) started out as an experiment during the COVID-19 lockdown. The founding woman and her sister-in-law started out small and offered quality food at affordable prices. After completing their market research, their expansion is now in progress as they sell all sorts of food ranging from cupcakes to brownies. 2. This founder quit her job at NCA to pursue her passion project

Ayesha Salman’s journey with Cake Walk (@cakewalkbyaysha) started back in 2011 when she baked a Mickey Mouse cake at a friend’s request. The cake was a hit and she started getting more and more orders after that. In 2017, she had enough recognition and demand to make her quit her day job. She has since launched a studio where she teaches baking professionally. In 2019, she had her first experience with churros was at Dessert Fest in packages mall.
