The Arafat sermon will be translated into 14 languages, to convey Islam’s message

Wha happened:   In a bid to convey the message of moderation and tolerance, the Saudi government vows to air a live translation of the Arafat Day sermon, which is one of the most important events in the Islamic calendar,  “as it has been expanded to include 14 languages as Saudi Arabia’s leadership…”  Details:  The President of the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques, Abdulrahman Al-Sudais, is quoted as,  “Kingdom’s leadership is offering unlimited support to the development of the Prophet’s Mosque and Grand Mosque’s services.”  More:  At the same time, Abdulrahman Al-Sudais conveyed that  the “Arafat Day sermon is a wide-ranging project for the world, particularly for visitors to the holy sites, enabling non-Arabic speakers to listen in their native language.”  However, it is pertinent to mention previously one million people in its first year, eleven million in its second, fifty million in its third, hundred million in its fourth, and the aim is to reach 200 million people in 2022.
