Tehreek-e-Labbaik Leader arrested for sexually abusing 13-year-old boy

Narowal police arrested Shahid Rafiq Madani, president of Tehreek-e-Labbaik Jalali group for sexually abusing a 13-year-old boy at a seminary. According to the FIR, the petitioner is the child’s father, who claimed that his son was the student of  Madrasa Dar-ul-Uloom Ghousia Rizvia. He said that Qari Shahid, on September 16, after Isha prayer forced himself on the boy and did not allow him to go home for three days. The petitioner requested that quick action must be taken as per law against Qari Shahid for his deplorable actions.
