A University of Bristol student was shocked to find a live scorpion inside a package of boots from Shein.
With assistance from her flatmates, she safely captured the creature and reached out to the National Centre for Reptile Welfare.
Shein responded by conducting an internal investigation, confirming adherence to their standard procedures.
