What happened: Dawn reported that a few weeks ago, several YouTube channels emerged on social media promoting black magic, “to win over the power of witchcraft were doing a roaring business in terms of subscriptions, views, reviews and paid subscriptions for the complete course of the magic world.” It is pertinent to mention that one channel that amassed 200,000 subscribers by offering tricks to learn black magic was arrested by the Federal Investigation Agency’s crime wing of Multan. Details: FIA’s cyber crime wing also blocked over a dozen such channels and has arrested the people behind it. The social media channel was alleged to be running from the Jatoi area in Muzzafargarh and claimed to be an expert in practicing black magic with owl blood and meat.
