Serious concerns raised over the harassment of PTI workers as Asad Umar hints at filing petition 

What happened: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf worker Asad Umar has raised concerns over the harassment and torturing of PTI workers; as The News reported,  “The PTI law forum met former PM and discussed the rising situation.”  Subsequently, the law forum has also demanded the concerned security authorities stop the illegal act.  Details: At the same time, on April 13, the PTI core committee member Asad Umar tweeted,  “The petition challenging the harassment of PTI social media activists has been finalised and will be filed in high courts.”  Whereas, it is pertinent to mention that the former focal person for digital media in Punjab, Azhar Mashwani, claimed as quoted by The News,  “The Federal Investigation Agency was harassing PTI social media volunteers across the country.”  More: On April 12, two PTI workers were allegedly injured as a result of a fight that broke out with Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam workers over some social media comments. Whereas, on April 12, another fight broke out between Noor Alam Khan, Mustafa Nawaz against a man who was allegedly abusing the parliamentarians.
