Details : The rocket flew past heavily fortified Green Zone that houses the presidential palace and several embassies, including the US mission. It was the first rocket attack on Kabul since the Taliban launched a series of offensives to coincide with the final drawdown of foreign troops from the region. Yet, there was no immediate claim of responsibility.
Terrifying scenes of rockets landing near Presidential palace in Kabul during Eid prayers. Not surprising that these barbarians tried attacking worshippers. They attacked schools, hospitals & mosques in the past. Nothing is sacred for extremists. They are only driven by hate.
