PPP leader pleads for permission to fly for daughter’s first day of university

What happened: Sharjeel Memon, the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) lawmaker facing charges against him has pleaded to the Sindh High Court (SHC) to have his name removed from the no-fly list so he could travel abroad to attend his daughter’s first day at a foreign university. Details: Memon wishes as a father to drop his daughter at the university on her first day there.
