He also asked his followers if they could predict the insurance coverage amount for Pakistani High Altitude Porters (HAPs) who fix ropes and carry load to K2, ranging from 1500 USD to 50,000 USD.

He then revealed that in cases of death, the insurance coverage totals to 1,500 USD and no coverage in instances of injury or permanent disability

Kamran further mentioned several renowned porters and mountaineers who lost their lives at the K2 summit and their families only about 2 Lac rupees as compensation.
