Pakistani migrant dad in Britain sells car after son makes online purchases in game

What happened: A man was forced to sell his car after his 7-year-old son bought an online game called Dragons: Rise of Berk for about £109. Foreign media reported that the child had no idea it was a paid game.  Backstory: After receiving several surprising emails, Father Muhammad Murtaza was notified that a transaction of about £109 had been made from his account. He was appalled to find out that his child had availed a limitless offer from an online game. The incident forced him to sell his car to pay the bills. “Initially, my thought was that I had been scammed. I never thought it would be possible to spend that much money on a kids’ game,” he said. Muhammad Murtaza is a doctor in Britain. He informed that his son was initially playing the free version of the game and was compelled to avail the limitless offer. However, the child was clueless that he would have to pay £109 to subscribe to it. Click here to see more from Propergaanda.
