Pakistan to host over-40 cricket World Cup in 2023, with England and Australia participating 

What happened: Pakistan Veterans Cricket Association announced that the country would host the inaugural edition of the over-40 World Cup, and 14 out of the 12 registered teams would participate in the event. However the venue for the matches is yet to be decided, but it would be played across Karachi, and an innings would have 45-overs on each side. Details: The teams that’ll be partaking in the tournament would include ZImbabwe, Australia, West Indies, United Arab Emirates, Namibia, Sri Lanka, South Africa, New Zealand, and Namibia.
