Pakistan is the 9th worst country in the world for journalists, reveals CPJ

What happened : The CPJ (Committee to Protect Journalists) has ranked Pakistan at nine this year on their annual Global Impunity Index. The Global Impunity Index highlights countries where journalists are killed, and their killers go free. They have released the following ranking, with the ‘worst records of allowing killers of journalists to go free: Somalia, Syria, Iraq, South Sudan, Afghanistan, Mexico, Philippines, Brazil, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and India.
