Pakistan Coast Guards intercept 1200kg worth of drugs and arms at Gwadar

The PCG on Sunday seized drugs and illegal arms in an anti-narcotics operation in the Gwadar district and arrested three suspects.

A spokesperson stated that the PCG had received information about the smuggling, which led to the arrest being made. 8 kilograms of ice and illegal arms were recovered from a cruising vehicle near the outer city.

Earlier from a separate location, the PCG also recovered 1,200 kilograms of hashish which had been dumped by smugglers.
The three arrested suspects have been transferred to the proper authorities.

In a separate report, it was revealed that the Police are looking for PCG personnel for allegedly murdering two people who were found dead in their car. Reportedly, the bodies were found in the area where the PCG had conducted its search operation.

A police report has stated that the two people were killed due to firing by PCG personnel. The PCG in turn, has confirmed the operation against smuggling drugs and making three arrests. However, they claim that no one was killed during any of their operations.
