What happened: Humayun Ali Khan, the owner of the pet dogs, and the two handlers who were walking the dogs have been given an arrest order by the court. Khan had submitted a bail application which was dismissed by the court. As per the judge, the suspect was guilty of “criminal negligence” which put the victim’s life at risk from the suspect’s pet dogs. Backstory: In a video clip that went viral last week, two pet dogs can be seen attacking a passer-by in Karachi’s Defence Housing Authority (DHA) .
