Olympian Swimmer Kiran Khan Bags 10 Gold Medals In National Competition

Olympian swimmer Kiran Khan won 10 gold medals for her team ‘Army’ at the National Games in Peshawar this week. Originally from Lahore, Kiran has always been at the top of her game. In 2001, she won 13 medals in total, including 7 gold, 3 silver, and 3 bronze medals. Earlier this year she received recognition from the World Olympics Association, allowing her to use ‘OLY’ with her name for representing Pakistan swimming in multiple olympics. She has also been honoured with Tamgha-e-imtiaz and was announced as the Pakistan Youth Icon in 2008.
