Nothing can keep two lovers apart: Bangladeshi woman swims across Indo-Bangladesh border to marry 

What happened:  It has often been said that love has no boundaries, and one can go to any extent to meet their lover. A Bangladeshi woman swam across the Indo-Bangladesh border to marry her lover in India. The Indian police further said that the woman also crossed the wild mangrove forest of Sundarbans prior to swimming for almost an hour in a bid to reach Kolkata.  Details:  The 22-year-old Bangladeshi woman fell in love with an Indian man Abhik on Facebook, and Krishna Mandal, did not have a passport for travelling, which became the reason for her deciding to travel to India via the  unauthorised water route.  However, she reached Kolkata and married Abhik but was later arrested. Krishna was arrested for illegally entering the territory of India, and a publication quotes,  “She’ll be handed over to Bangladesh High Commission for deporting.”
