No more amnesty: Holding multiple passports in Pakistan banned by government 

What happened:  In a meeting with eh prime minister Shehbaz Sharif shared that after consultation with the cabinet, the government has decided to revoke multiple foreign passports under the Passport Act. Subsequently, the last date for cancelling passports was set as December 31, 2022.  Details:  In a press briefing, Shehbaz Sharif is quoted as ,  “Cabinet approved the revocation of multiple foreign passports under the Passport Act, 1974. Whereas, the ministers stressed that such passports should be revoked and a strategy should be formulated to prevent their use in the future.”
