New varieties of “sugar-free” mangoes introduced in Pakistan for diabetics

What are “sugar-free” mangoes: These new mangoes, called Sonaro, Glenn, and Keitt in local markets, have only about 4 – 6pc sugar level. Most mangoes like the Sindhri and Chaunsa have 12 – 15pc sugar level. Backstory: Pakistani experts from M H Panhwar Farms introduced the three varieties of sugar-free mangoes ideal for diabetics after 5 years of research and scientific modification. People with diabetes often have to avoid mangoes due to their high sugar content, but these “sugar-free” mangoes with significantly low levels of sugar content can allow diabetics to enjoy mangoes.
