What happened: A Money lender was shot dead by a police officer who was due to fly out of the country tomorrow for a holiday.
Details: NP news reported that according to Kampala Metropolitan Police spokesperson, Patrick Onyango, Police Constable Ivan Wabwire shot dead Bhanders Uwttam, a 39-year-old man, who was one of the proprietors but also the manager for TFS financial services along Parliamentary Avenue.
What you need to know: According to NP news, he came on Thursday and met the director and manager of TFS financial services to get calculations after getting two loans one being deducted from his salary. It is also said that they calculated for him and it was around shs2.13 million. He came back today and started arguing with one of the workers which led to the shooting.
