Mahnoor a 4 year old from Gilgit-Baltistan, wins silver medal in skating

What happened: Mahnoor from Nagar district in Gilgit-Baltistan won the silver medal at a winter sports competition held in the region. Mahnoor hails from Hooper Valley in Nagar district, and her father revealed that she is obsessed with ice skating. The winter competition was held from January 17 to January 23, and numerous athletes participated. Details: At the same time, the residents of Nagar district expressed happiness over Mahnoor’s performance; as MM News quotes,  “Skating enthusiasts cheered Mahnoor on waving the green crescent flag with athletes twice their height.”  Subsequently, Mahnoor’s father urged that the girls belonging from Pakistan’s remote areas should leave their homes and participate in sports as he said,  “Like the moonlight, they will succeed.”
