Layyah man burns former mother-in-law’s grave for ‘rejecting marriage’ proposal 

What happened:  In what has been termed a horrific incident, a man from Layyah’s Chobara Tehsil  desecrated  the grave of his former mother-in-law in a bid to take revenge on his  “former wife, as his former wife rejected remarriage proposal.”  The accused was identified as  Yahya Ilyas  alias  Pappu,  and it was reported that  “he divorced his ex-wife Asma Bibi, some four years ago.”  Details:  At the same time, it ws reported that Yahya again approached   Asma Bibi in a bid to remarry her,  “but she rejected, and he lost his temper and resorted to revenge.”  On the other hand, the local police have stated that they have arrested the accused’s brother, identified as Ramzan,  “primary accused is still at large.”  Whereas, allegedly, Yahya poured petrol on his former mother-in-law’s grave before ablazing it up.
