KFC didn’t serve the advertised burger, so I’ll sue them, says a KFC customer

What happened: An Indonesian man named Erwin Sandi purchased a Krunch Burger from KFC. However, after receiving the order, the customer did not seem to be satisfied. Erwin Sandi then complained on about the burger on his Facebook and wrote,  “didn’t look like the picture at all.”  It has often been reported that fast-food outlets deceive their customers by not serving exactly as they had advertised.

Details: In his Facebook post, he added,  “KFC is good at deceiving their customers.”  Erwin Sandi also claimed that he complained to KFC, but there was no response. However, now Erwin has hinted on legal action and,  ” I can’t believe a large franchise like KFC, but no one answered.”  He further added in his Facebook post,  “I purchased six burgers the week prior and those didn’t look as advertised, either.”  Currently, Erwin has had enough of KFC’s advertisements and has decided to file a complaint in regards to suing them.
