Students from the Pharmacy Department at the University of Karachi (KU) have developed what they claim is the world’s smallest rechargeable nebulizer, designed to make respiratory treatment more accessible, affordable, and eco-friendly.
This tiny device, less than one inch in width, is perfect for home, office, or travel use. The final-year pharmacy students explained that respiratory issues like asthma are more common in winter due to pollution. The nebulizer offers up to 35 minutes of use on a single charge, providing a portable alternative to traditional models.
