ISPR: Army kills one Indian soldier, injures three in response to aggression at LoC

Pakistan Army’s media wing said on Monday, Indian forces’ unprovoked firing of mortars injured 10 civilians — including children and women — at Jandrot and Nikial sectors along the Line of Control (LoC).

In its statement, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said Pakistan, in response, killed at least one Indian solider and seriously injured three others — including a major — and that the Army inflicted substantial damage on Indian posts that had initiated the fire.

Will Kashmir ever get it’s independence?

All both countries, Pakistan and India, seem to talk about is Kashmir. However, no deal has yet been struck that would allow both these countries to take a step back and allow the Kashmiri’s their autonomy and independence. With the recent events and constant violations along the LOC line, matters seem to worsen every day rather than reaching a peaceful pact.
