Is Khan to be blamed for the petrol bomb during Shehbaz’s tenure?

Opinion: A lot of assumptions and trolling aimed at Khan have been seen on Twitter and other social media platforms. The government Shehbaz and Miftah Ismail blamed the Khan government’s policies for the recent petrol hike of 30 rupees in Pakistan. Though, now, in my opinion, have we ever as a nation reached a fruitful solution while blaming previous governments for no right? Then why blame? It’s an easy way out as Shehbaz again blamed the Khan government’s policies for the hike that Pakistan is facing right now. What you need to know:   However, AlJazeera to the local publications reported that the recent petrol hike in Pakistan is due to Pakistan meeting the key condition that the International Monetary Fund set for the revival of its bailout program. Uzair Younas and other economic experts have again and again highlighted and voiced that even Khan should have increased petrol prices and subsidies, but he failed. Now, why did he not increase petrol prices? A popular opinion was seen,  “As a populist leader, he had to do something to keep his government supporters happy. As a result, Pakistan was doomed and was left in an economic crisis. Even Shahzeb Khanzada, in one of his shows, said that Khan would do such a thing like this only to stay in power, but the country would suffer; hence the Pakistanis are now suffering.”  Whose to be blamed? Is it Shehbaz’s incompetency? Lack of decision making power? Then why’d he opt to topple the government when this was foreseen? Questions might go unanswered, but for now, let’s just reflect on why the hike became a necessity. The reality:   Pakistan was forced to increase the petroleum product prices because they wanted the bailout resumption, which would also provide much-needed relief to keep the economy afloat. In a bid to provide  concrete policies,  the Shehbaz government was forced to make the decision as the government now hopes that the bailout program is resumed.
