Indian beggar earns Rs 1000 daily saved up to gift Rs 234,000 motorbike to wife

What happened: An Indian beggar from Madhya Pradesh claimed that he earned 400 Indian rupees daily and saved up to buy a motorbike for his wife. The Indian man was identified as Santosh Sahu, who, in a bid to express love for his wife, bought her the motorbike, as he claimed that he had been saving up for four years for the gift. Details: Santosh Sahu is a resident of Madhya Pradesh’s Amarwara village, and as an international publication quotes,  “He is a differently-abled man, who sits on a tricycle and begs for money with his wife, Munni Sahu, who pushes the tricycle across the village.”  However, after the gift, the couple has shifted from the tricycle to the motorbike  “and continue their daily routine of begging.”
