If you’re vaccinated, you can go to the cinema after 1st July

What happened : Punjab government announces re-opening of cinemas, indoor dine-in, parks, and pools from July 1st. As per the NOCC guidelines, only vaccinated people can avail the facilities. Details: Cinema houses, indoor dine-in and several other facilities across the country were ordered to close down in March last year. However, an ease in restrictions has been allowed due to the recent decrease in positivity ratio to 0.8 percent in Punjab. According to the Punjab health department, cinemas will start functioning regularly from July 1st and could remain open until 01:00 am. Indoor dining is also allowed for a maximum of 50 attendances. The facilities could only be availed by vaccinated and the administrations of businesses have been strictly ordered to devise mechanisms to ensure it. 400 guests are now allowed to attend outdoor ceremonies, whereas only 200 vaccinated people can attend indoor ceremonies. Business centres are allowed to operate until 10:00 pm while petrol pumps and medical stores will remain open round the clock. Shrines are also allowed to reopen with proper SOPs.
