Heroin and ice smuggling attempt foiled by security at Peshawar Airport 

What happened:  The Peshawar Airport Security Officials have arrested a Saudi Arabia-bound passenger and recovered three kilograms of ice and heroin from the passenger, identified as Bilal Hussain Riaz. Dunya News quotes the ASF Spokesperson: “ Passenger had arrived at the Peshawar International Airport on his way to Saudi Arabia.”  Details:  The ASF Officials recovered ice and heroin from the bottom parts of Bilal Hussain’s travelling bag. The ASF spokesperson further claimed that 2999 grams of heroin were recovered from the passenger, and the smuggling attempt was foiled. However, the passenger was arrested and sent to authorities. Whereas, the preliminary investigations were conducted by the officials.
