Note: The user told Propergaanda that she later received an apology call from the company. What happened: On March 20, a Lahore resident named Bismah Azhar took to her Twitter account where she shared screenshots of her chat with SWVL’s customer service based on her complain of them selling AC tickets when they have a blanket policy of no ACs till April 1, “Does the sun start shining on April 1st?” Bismah added that they kept trying to punish the captain instead. Click here to see the screenshots shared by Bismah. Details: Compensating her for the inconvenience caused, the customer spokesperson insisted that she will forward the complaint against the captain to which Bismah replied that it’s not against the captain, “He says he doesn’t have permission from your management.” Syeda from Team Swvl once again told her that they will look into it and ‘take action against the captain.’ What else: A Twitter user, Abid Masood (twt/habidz) reacted to the story while stating that all services are good until a complaint arises, how it manages those complaints is what matters, “In this case not a single company is upto the standard, why? Because there’s no clear policy for all these app based services.”
