Faizan Ahmad crowned champion of the Sindh Snooker Cup

What happened: Faizan Ahmed, former champion, clinched snooker cup from Sultan Mohammad with a 6-2. He won the Sindh Snooker Cup for the second time in his career on Sunday in Karachi.

Details : He had last won the title in 2015, thus he waited for six years to regain his title in the 29th edition of the premier provincial contest. He won the best-of-11 frames duel 65-22, 15-60, 65-22, 51-9, 45-61, 53-15, 59-34, 44-0. Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) president Mohammad Shariq Vohra rewarded Faizan with Rs40,000 and the winning trophy, while he prized Sultan Rs20,000 and the runner-up trophy.
