Dr. Firdous also vaccinated several senior citizens on this occasion and boosted morale of the staff. Speaking to the media, she promised the announcement of vaccination arrangements for the journalism community soon, and hopes the process will be quick. According to statistics, around 1.8 million Pakistanis have been vaccinated and the government aims to vaccinate 70 million people by the end of 2021.
