This came after a letter was sent to Diamond Foam by CCP; the commission had observed that there is no empirical evidence that the product “Diamond Supreme foam” is actually 33 kg/ cubic meter density foam and that it is manufactured by using a superior process.
ProperGaanda has also received a complaint against the company from a customer who wishes to remain anonymous. The customer claimed that their mother couldn’t walk after sleeping on the mattress brought from the company and even though they have complained many times, the company was non-responsive and failed to take any action. Complicating the matter further, a few days ago Daily Times wrote an article on this same issue after receiving a complaint, but later took it down.
Turns out, Diamond Foam has launched many ad campaigns on Sunday Times and this magazine is owned by Daily Times. The consumer who sent in their complaint against the company created her own blog, trying to raise awareness and has mentioned all the hardships encountered in trying to raise the issue.
I very like this blog. Everything is cleared.
Excellent story indeed. My mother has been looking for this update.
