The Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) announced on Friday that it will be running its two exam series’ in June and November next year. Keeping in mind the given pandemic and hoping the situation to get better by next year, CAIE stated that they aim to achieve their two main priorities: keeping students safe as well as enabling them to obtain their qualifications so they can continue with their higher education.
According to Cambridge International due to any uncertain illness, that particular student will receive assessed grades from Cambridge, under its special consideration policy, given they have completed most exam papers.
Expressing appreciation, Cambridge International Country Director Uzma Yousuf praised schools, teachers and parents in Pakistan for rising up to the challenge with confidence to help students continue their education despite school closures and numerous other obstacles due to the pandemic. Cambridge International has and will always believe in the fact that having examinations will remain the fairest and most reliable way to assess student achievement.
