Breaking news: Late on Friday night, multiple earthquake tremors were felt in various cities across Pakistan including Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi, Multan, Abottabad and Karachi. There are also reports emerging from Kashmir, stating that shocks were felt in the area. Where the earthquake originated from: The epicentre of the earthquake appears to be a city in Tajikistan; the intensity of the earthquake was recorded at 6.4 magnitude on the Richter’s scale. According to the Seismological Center, the depth of the earthquake was measured at 80km into the ground.
