Details: Stating how he sees a pattern here, Ansar further wrote, “Rewatching it feels like part of him WANTS to be scammed? clearly it brings him views. He brought up the price like 50 times. anyone who’s not a dumbass knows that’s not how you go about haggling in tourist spots lol.” What you need to know: Three horsemen were arrested by Darakhshan police on March 19 at Karachi’s Seaview beach on suspicion of misbehaving with and attempting to scam Philip. The video: The video shows Philip and the horsemen agreeing to a Rs200 ride to Chunky Monkey, a beach side amusement park, and then the ride begins. When the riders requested Rs5,000 instead of Rs200 at the end of the ride, Philip was taken aback. The visitor, on the other hand, refused to pay and shared the footage on social media. What else: Barrister Ahmed Pansota shared the news of the arrest on his Twitter handle and stated that punishing someone beyond the scope of law itself is an offence, “You (Dave Phillip) should also be behind bars with him for violating his dignity guaranteed under Article 14 of the Constitution of Pakistan, 1973. And don’t get me started on history or cheating. Can be problematic.”
