- Cinnamon Roll French Toast
A fresh take on a classic French toast. They’re golden brown on the outside and warm, gooey in the center.

Ingredients:- 2 eggs 1/8 cup of milk 4 tbsp of Brown Sugar Bread slices 4 2 tsps Cinnamon Powder Splash of Vanilla 3 tbsps of Butter Method:- Combine the eggs, sugar (half), milk and vanilla together. In a separate bowl, mix together the butter, brown sugar (half) and cinnamon. Soak your bread slices in the egg mixture and cook on medium-low flame for 3-4 minutes. Put the cinnamon mixture in a piping bag and make swirls on the toast. Flip it over and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Garnish with fresh fruit. 2. Eggs Benedict Eggs benedict is a classic breakfast menu items that is rich and delicious. Toasted golden English muffin/bread, with mortadella slices, a poached egg and creamy hollandaise sauce is the perfect breakfast.

Ingredients:- Eggs 2 English muffins/bread 2 Mortadella Slices 4 2 tsps Vinegar Salt and pepper to taste For the hollandaise sauce:
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Salt and cayenne pepper, to taste
Method:- Defrost your mortadella slices. Boil some water, add salt and vinegar to it. Whisk the water vigorously and add in your egg one at a time. Cook for 2 minutes and take it out carefully. Toast the bread with some butter. For the hollandaise, whisk together the egg yolks and lemon juice in a heatproof mixing bowl set over a pot of simmering water. Slowly drizzle in the melted butter, whisking constantly, until the sauce thickens and becomes smooth. Season with salt and cayenne pepper to taste. To assemble, place two English bread halves on each plate, top each half with a poached egg, mortadella and spoon hollandaise sauce over the top. Serve immediately and enjoy! 3. Hash Brown Frittata More like a savory French toast, this is a spin off on a classic hash brown.

Ingredients:- Eggs 2 Milk 1/8 cup Salt and pepper to taste Potatoes 2 grated Bread slices 2 Oil for cooking Method:- Make the French toast batter. Add some olive oil to your pan and cook the grated potato for 4-5 minutes or until crispy. Soak the bread slices in egg mixture and put on top of the hash brown. Wrap the hash brown around the bread and cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes. Enjoy! 4. Almond Pancakes You’ll forget the classic pancakes once you try out these gluten free, cooked to perfection, almond pancakes.

Ingredients:- 1 cup almond flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 eggs 1/2 cup milk 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Coconut oil or butter for frying Method:- Mix together the eggs, milk, vanilla, and salt in a big bowl. Sift in the almond flour and baking powder. Fold this batter and cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes on each side. Or you can add the batter to a oven sheet tray and bake for 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Top it off with fruit and maple syrup/honey. 5. Granola and Yogurt There is nothing better than having some smooth and creamy yogurt topped with freshly baked granola and fruit.

Ingredients: 3 cups rolled oats 1 cup nuts (such as almonds, pecans, or walnuts), roughly chopped 1/2 cup seeds (such as pumpkin or sunflower seeds) 1/4 cup honey/maple syrup 1/4 cup melted butter 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup dried fruit (such as raisins, cranberries, or chopped apricots) 1 cup Yogurt 1 cup fresh seasonal fruit Method:- Mix all the ingredients except for the yogurt and fruit in a mixing bowl and bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. French Crepes Go for a little trip to France with your mother by trying out this easy crepes recipe, suzette style (without the alcohol of course :p)

Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour 2 eggs 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup water 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted Butter or oil, for cooking Method:- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, strain it to make sure there are no lumps and let the batter rest for 15 minutes. Add a small amount of batter in the center of the pan and rotate it so it covers the edges. Cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes or once the edges start to crisp up. Enjoy with some honey/maple syrup 7. Ingredients:- 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 onion, diced 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder 4 tomatoes (pureed) Salt and black pepper, to taste 4-6 large eggs 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley Crusty bread or pita, for serving Method:- Sauté onions and garlic in some olive oil. Add in the tomatoes, seasonings and let it simmer for 4-5 minutes. Make some round spaces in pan crack one egg in each space. Cover and let it cook for another 4-5 minutes.
