Kate Middleton arrived at Islamabad airbase ‘Nur Khan’ wearing a gradient powder blue kurti bearing similarity to Diana’s pastel blue kurta from her visit to Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital in 1996.
On their lunch with Imran Khan, Kate donned a formal sea green kurta paired with white trousers and a dupatta, which bore an uncanny resemblance to the dress Princess Diana wore while visiting Badshahi mosque in 1991.
Kate wore an embroidered blue kameez paired with matching shalwar and dupatta on her visit to Islamabad Model School for Girls and Margalla Trail 5, which was coincidentally curated by the same designer who Diana wore at her second visit to Shaukat Khanum Hospital. The style of the ensemble was also similar. However the designer, Maheen Khan, has dismissed it as a coincidence.
As soon as Kate arrived at Chitral with Prince William, she was bestowed a white traditional cap and coat that resembled the one Princess Diana had been gifted during her visit to the Northern area.
